Hi just wondered if anyone had come across this problem,
The owner is very adament that when this machine used to go into a spin cycle the spin speed would increase towards the end of the spin. I have replaced the speed module and the motor but the owner still insists that the speed is too slow and not going into a final increased spin at the end of the cycle.
When the spin cycle begins the drum agitates for abit before going straight into the spin and maintaining the same speed level until it finishes after about 5 mins. No blockages in the sump, pressure pipes all ok.
This all seems ok to me but i keep getting told that it isn’t, am i going mad or have i missed something obvious. Any suggesstions will be gratefully received.
