Zanussi ZT605 d/washer not drying!

Hi this is something i’ve never come across before, customer says the pots etc are warm/hot after the drying cycle but the’re damp ,especially the cutlery. I first fitted a drain pump as this was noisey , so I suspected after a long wash prog the pump was playing up, now nice & quiet but still damp pots! The prod # is 911825033.
Why is it always d/washers that give me grief 👿 ?

You know that TDS disc wot you’ve just got? Check the last service bulletin listed for that pnc no……….

Cheers for that but we have’nt got the new TDS disc yet & our old copy stopped working so any advice would be much appreciated about that drying fault! What did the service bulletin say Chris?

Lack of rinse aid dispensed can sometime cause this problem, just a thought it may be the cause ???
