Won’t fill with water – valve buzzing but meters o.k – is this a problem with overflow assy attatched to valve or is something else causing problem .

hi

remove cover from valve you then should find a small pink pipe , remove bung from end if water drains out done. always a good idea to look at side tank for blockages
