Hi,
I’ve tried to research a few forums before posting, so apologies in advance if i’ve missed something i should have read.
We defrosted our Zanussi ZUD9100FA built-in freezer and now the temp won’t drop.
There is a red light flashing and constant beeping.
Firstly, does anyone know the problem, is it easy to fix, the potential cost of repair, is it a manufacturer defect as this is the only time it’s been defrosted and now this has happened?
It was bought from b&q just under 5 years ago so was wondering if i could use the sale of goods act.
