have a Zanussi zuq875x the top oven outer door is getting very hot to the point that it cant be touched for more than a second or two, temp tested machine and is cutting in and o 😳 ut as is supposed to.any ideas

check cooling fan is cutting in if it has one fitted and check door seals are ok

checked cooling fan was working ok blowing nicely as customer had the cooker running when i arrived so i could see what she meant, i think as you say prob door seal not sealing correctly

hi, on these particular ovens, the fan should blow above the grill door, over a slightly angled deflector plate, fixed onto the top of the grill door. pt/no 3113533032. this then causes a venturi effect, sucking air up from the bottom of the main oven door, between the inner/outer glass, and then up through the top oven door , the same way. check to to see if the deflector plate is still on, also make sure there is no obstruction in between the inner/outer glass doors on both ovens. hope this helps. these should definatley be cool enough to touch without injury.
