    I have a zanussi washer dryer zwd12270w that cuts out after about 20 secs.

    It doesn’t matter if it is a wash programme, rinse and spin or drain that is selected the same thing happens.

    I went through the machines self diagnostic process and if flashed up Ed4????

    Anyone got any ideas????

    Most likely the dryer heater is down to earth. With power switched off to appliance, disconnect cables from dryer heater & insulate them safely, try wash programme then to see if it runs o.k.
    If you need a dryer heater the part num’ is 1325488102.
