    hi went to the above model washer that wouldn’t start the program , door not locking… because of limited access I tried a new door switch first, seemed to cure the problem but now the customer has rang to say its doing the same again intermittently, when I go back ill check the brushes etc but what else should I be looking for?…thanks

    Did you check the door striker for wear?
