Zanussi ZWD12270W Washer/Dryer

Hey everyone,

Looking for some help- My Zanussi washer dryer seems to be stuck.

I tried to start a wash and it seems to be jammed on the dry function, it wont move off this or start…. I cant find the user manual either 🙁

On the screen it has 1:03 and a small box with a light bulb in it which flashes when i hit the start/pause button.

The start/pause button is also flashing but when i press it the box in the display screen with the bulb flashes.

I’ve emptied the washing machine and can’t see a problem, ive pulled it out to make sure the pipes arent kinked and also emptied the drain filter.

When i try to move the dial to another cycle, the box in the display flashes.

Ive also moved to a diff plug socket and left the machine off completly for 24 hours but no joy.

Any help/ ideas much appreciated 🙂

what doi you mean by ive emptied the washing machine?

is it that you have opened hte door and manually removed water?

have you selected drain programme and its drained water?

etc etc.
