    Hi,

    I have got a ZWD1262S that starts to fill with water then after a few seconds stops and drains then goes to end cycle and shows 0 seconds left. Drain and spin cycles seem to work fine. Could this be a heater fault or something more serious?

    have pm’ed you one of the tech manuals

    put it into diagnostic mode and see if there are any fault codes etc
