Have not come across this fault before, Start any program door locks, pumps out and 10 seconds later door unlocks and start button flashes, Display shows the original prog. Its for an agent so have told them that if its a board fault then its BER. Unless any one knows any other reason for the fault.

Earth leakage on the dryer heaters causing lots of problems on Lux machines, worth sticking your megger on it. 😉

This is what confused me, No fault code, Just pump for 10 Secs and then reverts to start. Must admit forgot to check the dryer element so will try to call back tomorrow as this tenant will not be without a washer for to long. Can’t say I blame him when the rents a grand a month.

Anything under 40 Megohm @500v will cause this. Disconnect heater element if in doubt.

Be sure and run diagnostics Goose when you’re there, it will give you an error code then!:wink:

The last three duff elements I have had have all come up with different error codes, none of them directly pointing towards the dryer elements. :con:

The tenant took a day off today so called back, Spot on guys Dryer element faulty. Thank for the help.
