Zanussi ZWD14581S, Slow fill with E10 Code on time out.

I have the above machine, very slow fill (a trickle), whilst filling a low pitched continuous buzz emanates from machine. After a while it times out giving an E 10 error. From investigation this indicates a water error of some kind. I reckon it could be the solenoid switching unit controlling inflow of water not doing the business. Can anybody confirm this before I spend any money?

check the water supply to the machine first but yes it does sound like the valve

if the valve is energised and the water is not getting in at a reasonable speed then its either a water supply error or the valve 99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the time.
