this machine is showing error code e10 when on drying prog, which the customer says is a pump fault, have not seen machine yet. Any ideas before I make a long journey please? Thanks

e10 fault to customer will be one of the following but you will have to access diagnostics to get correct code

E11 Poor water fill before wash cycle
E12 Difficulty in water fill during drying (maximum time
3 min. water fill in drying during the wash load
unrolling phase)

E13 Water leaks

Commonly, green coil on triple valve goes o/c once warmed up after being on for ten mins. Dryer shuts down with E10.
