hi
been out to this one customer complaining error 10 water supply
checked valve ok fan ok cleaned out fluff from big plastic duct under fan which was very full told her to try it
no joy she says the dryer will go through fully but very steamy and hot she then puts it on again and after 10 mins it comes up with error 10
any help on this one would be great

E10 is a customer code – the E11, E12 and E13 family of engineer codes mean:-
1) Tap off / low pressure or no water supply.
2) Drain hose incorrectly positioned – syphoning.
3) Faulty solenoid valve. (or a solenoid that fails after 10 minutes when coil is hot). 😉 Most likely.
4) Pressure switch blockage.
5) Wiring.
6) PCB module.
These are Zanussi’s own diagnostics; hope that helps!!
