Zanussi ZWD1472S – Error code E10

Hi all,

Have just started to use our new Zanussi washer/dryer. Every wash so far has been interrupted with beeping and an E10 error code on the display. 🙁

Manual says there may be a problem with the inlet hose, but I’ve checked for kinks etc and can’t see anything obvious. The supply tap is fully open also. The wash completes ok if I clear the fault by pressing the start button.

Can anyone suggest anything else worth checking before I give the service centre a call?

change the 3 way valve, it aint taking water in on the dry cycle

for reference, if you take the lid off the machine, its the green one

if its new you would be better phoning zanussi.
