can any one help before i cut my throat.customer reported that there zanussi zwd1480w was aborting the cycle after aprox 10 minutes and goes into the last three minutes and emptys out.i asumed that it was aborting because it was either takeing to long to fill or heat.both thermistor and heater have been tested and found to be ok and the triple valve has been checked.the only fault ive found is the circulation pump had seized up and the plastic housing had actually melted.of course this has been changed.all edge connectors on the computer board have been checked to make sure they are secure.i have made sure the wireing loom is ok i can only assume there is a problem with the board,if im wrong its gonna hurt.
has anyone experienced a similar problem.

    Hi John. Welcome to UKW

There is a diagnostic test program and a fault code built into the circuitry on these machines.

If you send me your email address I can forward you the info.
