    I’m having problems with the drying cycle of the Zanussi Washer/Dryer ZWD16270W1 with PNC 914604030-02. The user error code is E10, but when I try the button-start-rinse combo I get E69.

    I think this is the water inlet valve (or maybe heating element), but not sure, can you please confirm??? If so, which part will be required?

    Replace inlet valve.
