Hi I have a problem with a zanussi zwd16270w1 91460403003 which keeps aborting the drying cycle after roughly 10 minutes. The diagnostics show e73 so I have replaced the ntc, checked the wiring thoroughly and tightened the connections. Whenever I check the machine it heats up and the airflow is excellent. So it looks like I need to order a PCB my question is which one, the main one or the small one (fingers crossed). Any feedback would be really appreciated thanks a lot 🙂

As with any faults on a washer dryer, first thing to check is the heater for earth leakage.
Check NTC at bottom in rubber concertina hose & theres another one in ducting at front/top which goes down to door bellow.
Pinch/tighten the plug/leads going to them as they sometimes get tarnished/green corroded connections, normally once they’re cleaned off they’re o.k.
Furher back/smaller of the 2 P.C.Bs is the dryer one.

The error directly refers to the MAIN PCB as being associated to an E73 error. But I would take that with a pinch of salt TBH. Just double check the NTC connections to it would be my next option…… :rolls:

Thanks guys for getting back to me. I have thoroughly checked the wiring and plug twice but it is all fine. I must admit I didn’t check the dryer heater as the e73 fault is so specific and other faults I have had with the element have been different, but I should have done shouldn’t i. Thanks again
