Zanussi ZWD1680W Error 10

I have a Zanussi ZWD1680W thet come up error 10 after about 10 mins on the drying cycle. Is there a way to fix this before I but another washer/dryer. Thanks

E10 faults are related to water. Your machine being a washer dryer I would start by checking that the water valve is allowing water to trickle in during the drying phase. Remove lid and observe the square section pipe running across the top of the machine at the rear.

Don’t touch anything before pulling the plug.

I took the lid off and set it to dry, there was no water going through the pipe. The drum would start spinning for about 15 sec, stop, then start again for 15 sec. This goes on for about 10 mins then it comes up with error 10. The clothes inside were still cold as if the dryer part isn`t heating up. Could it be a thermostat problem ?

Any more ideas before I buy a new washer/dryer

its the green coil thats open circuit, the machine wont allow it to continue because theres no point if it aint gonna work

Its the part that connects to the water inlet hose dont forget unplug before you touch anything

I changed the part today and I now have a washer/dryer that works now. Thanks again
