Zanussi ZWD71460NW diagnostic / service manual

Good Morning
I wonder if anyone would have access to a service manual or the diagnostic and error codes for a Zanussi ZWD71460NW washer dryer.
I am not familiar with this model and have two machines in the workshop – both with dryer faults
1. voltage momentarily to the dryer element and then falls away
2. second machine – dryer starts for 5 seconds and then motors runs at full speed

any help appreciated

Hi Dave – thanks very much for your help — both washer dryers had the E73 fault and the wiring to the NTC had broken inside the insulation
