hi,got a call to look at above w/m customer says whatever prog she selects all that happens is the pump continues to run,and nothing else happens,anyone any ideas before i call on monday

as with a lot of electronic controls triac is on neutral side so an earth fault will cause this but only provided customer has not got an rcd
