hi, zanussi zwf 1220 this machine is constantly filling checked all the usual suspects fill valves- blockages- preasure switch tube- blown in to preasure switch there are three clicks ,so before i replace the pcb has any one of you guys got any other ideas,thanks.

If the machine fills constantly even on spin or drain only settings then clearly the triacs have blown on the PCB. Before replacing PCB look closely at those triacs to confirm which ones have blown and also replace the source component (i.e if the valve triacs have blown replace the valve as well. :wink:)

no its ok on spin and drain , its at fault on wash programes.

Are you sure the sump hose isn’t blocked or there’s a pin hole in the air hose then?

I dont think there is a blockage it pumps out to fast, i connected a hose to the pressure switch and blew in to it i got three clicks but the machine contined to fill, do you know the readings i should get off the switch.
