user says machine stops with some water in( approx edge of drum,)
won’t drain or spin. she selects drain, which it does but the spin does not
remove most of the water from the clothes. she uses mainly 60 and 40 washes on the delicate option. i have checked the operation of the drain pump…ok, checked the wear on the brushes…hardly any..when i select the spin option the drum spins anti clockwise…for most of the time, stops briefly then rotates a few times clockwise then stops and then spins anti clockwise again..it is definately the main board? which is…AKO 547506-09

Very much doubt it.
Can I suggest that you look at the eco-ball in the sump, it may be crudded up? Also, it’s important at least to run the diagnostics programme to check the last memorised error code.
By the way, a delicates spin runs a total of just 60 seconds.:wink:
