Assuming you’ve checked for blockages etc E35 water level too high would suggest the overfill level on the white pressure switch has stuck shut. E32,33 and 34 were more associated with the black round pressure switch but then of course what you says right the board reads both so if its faulty then it could give you any number of ghost faults

Looks like carbon dust on the PCB and it looks like there’s dry joints top left corner. These machines do have problems with the heaters having a low insulation and sometimes residual current leakage from the heater under load that’s not always detectable with your meter that can cause the fault you have.

    Good luck BigCol.

i dont have a megger , the board was blown clean , there was a lot of dust on it , blackened the plastic housing it is encased in too , this is whats left i didnt rub it though i’m a bit paranoid about static blowing components , i’m gonna buy a megger in the next few weeks realised its just so handy to rule all the stray earths and poor insulators out once and for all in one foul swoop ha

It’s a fundamental necessity in your job to have one, so please don’t take weeks to buy one. Besides, is your customer gonna wait weeks before you discover that the heater has got an earth leak?

well its gonna be €150 for a control board , €30 for a heater plus my time , its 4 to5 yrs old so they will buy a new machine rather than waste that kind of money on the old appliance thats across the board with any major appliance when the parts prices go over €150
