    Zanussi Jetsystem+ 1400 8Kg ZWF14791W
This machine is just over 18months old
Water supply is good, Filter is clear, Drain pump will take out water put in manually through soap drawer. Door lock is good. Display on front is good.

When any programme is selected it starts to drain but does not fill.
Guess it is fill valve. Please advise
    Thankyou
    Simon

    Hi.

If the water fill was the issue, you would have an E10 fault code displayed. As you have not mentioned this I can only assume this is not the case. The valve is most likely OK.

Any other information on the fault?

    Thanks for replying
    Not had an E10 code.
Fault was discovered by my wife when she ran a regular wash programme and it returned an E20 error. But it has not done that since.
When I press the pause it is quite happy to lock and unlock the door.
I know the water is good because we have a second washing machine and I have swapped the inlet pipes.
I have left the drain running with the filter trap door open and manually put water through drawer, this water is quickly pumped out the front.
Any suggestions for what I can try to establish the fault- some kind of blockage somewhere?
I would be happy to pay an engineer but so many times I have called one out for them to try the obvious find nothing and still charge me
    Looking forward to another reply
