    set machine to any programme door locks,pumps out for a second. then sits and does nothing. no fault codes. anyone point me in the right direction with this one. ps what should heater readings be. cheers

    cant get into diagnostics, have tds disk so am sure im doing it right,
    heater not faulty.

    Do you have the diagnostics guide on TDS or just the manual ?

    Look for condensation on motor brush holders. Megger will probably show insulation below 40 megohms.
