This wont reset cant get it off 1 40 programme tried unpluggin holdin reset and start for 4 secs still nowt and tips lads as wats up ta?

Reset usually just involves pressing and holding the ‘SKIP/RESET’ button until the 3 flashing hyphons appear on the display (i.e : – – -) Holding in the ‘START’ button at the same time is not a requirement to resetting.

Yeah but what error? Is it an E number that shows or just bleeps with the 3 hyphons showing on the display?

ever button you press just says error cant reset or pause tryed goin into test mode by holding start an pause buttons then swich on just does same?

OK, so have you checked any of the components for earth leaks as that may well be the issue here?

no havent custmer just said she pressed wrong button after wash last time ,aint got time to check earth leaks dont like zanussi stuff anyway thoght it mite of been something simple like a reset or something there naw worth the greif an hassel cheers any way
