Machine will not do anything, End light flashing 11 times, I have printed out the Diagnostics System. Any pointers before I return?

Is it possible that this appliance is in a damp enviroment ie a cellar. the pcb is easly damaged via damp/ moistre. be careful if ur replacing the pcb as this will happen again if in a damp place!

Check the supply voltage first, otherwise it sounds like the board.

Bone dry utility room in modern house, will bear your suggestions in mind though, going back tomorrow morning.

Bummer. Just cannot get the machine into diagnostics cycle. Press the Start/Pause plus other option button, select first position and after several seconds ( more than 2 seconds) the only light that flashes is the ‘End’ light. It is still flashing 11 times, nothing else happens. module faulty????
