Zanussi ZWF12070W1 CONTINUOUSLY PUMPING -DIAGNOSTICS?

Hi everyone , we are a new user !
Having problems with Zanussi ZWF12070W1 . Original fault was not spinning & not filling . We removed a plastic driving liscence from on top of ball in sump. Retested , filled once then drained continuously . Found water in level switch which we have replaced . Machine still continually draining . Asking questions on Google led us to this site and somewhere we have read about going into Diagnostics to remove error .Any ideas/ info would be appreciated . Thanks .Terry

There should’nt be water in level switch, water should go out drain hose or detergent drawer before reaching level switch which is at top of machine.

Post the error code..
Error code will be the flashing of the start button l.e.d when a fault occurs, it flashes red (first digit) then green (2nd digit) of error code, count the times it flashes & post fault code on here

Thanks Seamy , after reading other posts , I have worked out how to reset machine by turning dial. Had two red flashes . turned machine dial to off , then selected program which it completed successfully . We need to learn more about diagnostics !
