Zanussi ZWF12070W1 won’t complete cycle.

Hi. I have a Zanussi ZWF12070W1 which has been in the property since since before I moved in a couple of years ago.

Recently my washing machine fails to complete a cycle, the start/pause button just seems to flash.

I’ve tried cleaning out the filter but this hasn’t sorted the issue.

I have tried the error code thing of holding down the start button and option button then turning the option wheel 9 turns click wise. This gives the error code x1 red x3 green.

Please help. First baby is due soon so would like washer up and running!!!

fault code 13 it looks like which is a fill time out. ie taking too long to fill

make sure its not draining as its filling ( outlet hose too low or pushed down outlet pipe too far)
check fill hoses for leaks and make sure tap is turned fully on

that’s the simple things to check first
