Zanussi ZWF12080W

Im looking for any error codes for Zanussi washing machine module number ZWF12080W.
Any help with this would be great.

The problem im having is this is a brand new machine, just installed and used for first time. programe selected, wash light comes on, door lock light comes on, door locks and then just sits there doing nothing at all for approx 30 seconds then door lock light flashes. Nothing else happens.

have no info on this machine too new but

1 if its that new send it back dont touch it why should you
2 if its thje same as the 12070 machine alarm codes are from the start pause button flashing red and green red fist digit green second digit of fault code door problems are e4* fault codes

After it locks the door drain pump should run which you should hear, then water intake, or you should hear solenoid humming anyhow. If its newly installed i’d be looking at tap for water not turned on or if its connected to drain spiggot on sink its likely the cap is still on spiggot. Kinked hoses would gave same faults.

Definately just does nothing at all after door locks, no humming/buzzing of pump or solenoids at all. I was thinking faulty module?

Appliance purchased from a third party and we repair all their appliances for them, they dont worry about the garuntee/warranty.

Finally got this machine back to the workshop, does anyone know the test procedure if there is one for this appliance?
