Zanussi ZWF1220w Will not pump out when put through a progra

Will not pump out when put through a program finishes with water and very wet washing, works ok if you put it onto spin. Any suggestions or ideas

Can I ask if the end light is lit to show that the machine has completed the cycle or is the start light flashing.

I ask this as I have had several where they abort the programme during the cycle with the start light flashing. User believes that the cycle has completed but clothes are still wet or even water in the drum.
When you do spin it works ok

I have found either the motor toc or the module causing this.

I haven’t seen the machine after it has done this only got what the customers has told me and she never said if the end light was flashing, I will have to ask

Filter or sump hose or pump blockage perhaps

I tried it by starting it on a wash program with clothes in it and then turning it to spin it empted and spun just fine. The clothes had spun dry

take it you asked about rinse hold facility

had a few customers who changed cycles used and thought it was a fault

I now have this machine in my workshop and have tried it three times before it finished full of water and the end light just on and not flashing.
I have not had time to investigate further but my first thought is pump toc operating.
Have printed out the Instruction Book for this model so as to know which programs it does not spin on or have rinse hold

Finally got to the bottom of this one it was the pcb.
