    Going to this machine next week, Zanussi ZWF1221W Prod 914215105 (01) Ser 55001860.

    Customer says no response from machine her friend (electrician) fitted a door lock still nothing. Chooses pump out program presses start and wash light comes on then end led thats it, no door locked nothing.

    Anyone have diagnostics error codes for this one very much appreciated.

    Classic fault this. Probably interlock shorted out board or possibly pump melted and damaged board. Send it for test/repair. Tony EMW 01159652118
