    The programe aborts when cycle starts, EMW tested the pcb no faults found. apart from me checking tight connections / heater/thermister / ect, has anyone else had this fault before.

    What error code do you get when carrying out the diagnostic cycle? Error code? Flashing light sequence? Does the door interlock work?

    Martin,
    customer tells me the interlock engaged, all normal lights came on, machine started then when stright to end of cycle, no lights flashing.

    Ah I see, you haven’t even been along to run the diagnostics then….blimey.

    Rule number 1….don’t leave it to the customer to do all the diagnostics, they haven’t a clue and that’s why they called you…..Get in there boy, check it out and give us a shout if you are having any probs? 8)
