Zanussi zwf1221w washing machine stops during wash…

Hi all, new here, hope you can help!!

I'[ve the above washer, and it stops during a wash, with the ‘end’ light flashing twice, then pausing… then flashing twice etc etc…

Now recently, some plastic ‘doggy-doo’ bags went through it. I think I got it all out, some in the drum, some in the pump filter, but now it’s started doing this…

Help? It IS under warranty, but obviously, if I’ve screwed it, then I want to sort it BEFORE I call them, or is it not my fault at all?

2 flashes is an “E20 group” error – they are all drain problems, so you haven’t cleared the blockage. The hose from the drum to the pump is a good bet.

Power off if you’re going to tip it over and try and clear it.

And yes, Serviceforce will charge you if you don’t sort it………

Was exactly where is was 🙂

Loads of purple bag bits wrapped around the ball in the pipe 🙂
