    Zanussi zwf1240w
    After selecting any programme machine does a compulsory drain then the programme guide lights go off and the machine retorns to zero. No error code showing,didnt have diagnostic guide with me so returning tomorrow, any thoughts appreciated.

    Machine probably 5-6 years old, could be motor carbons
