    when I put the machine on spin, pump comes on for about 3 seconds then just stops. sometimes door light flashes sometimes it doesn,t. Any clues please

    What have you tested so far? Heater/Motor/Pressure Switch OK are they?

    If all appears to check out OK then your only option is to enter the diagnostics routine to find the last known error.

    These cases are often to do with low insulation somewhere in the machine. As this is only a washer (is it not?) then favourite is motor – look for condensation on brush holders causing insulation at 500v to drop below 40 Meg.
