If you actually bothered to apply for Trade Access (you have been told before, several times), you might get an answer.
Sort it.

Contact admin@ukwhitegoods.co.uk and ask for Trade Access. You will need to include business contact details – they will check.

For anyone with the same trouble: i had to order a copy of the service manual for the board fitted to this and similar models of the latest range of zanussi/tricitys, as we sold lots of these we felt it was a worthwhile investment
We initially traced fault to bunged sump (although pump was clear)
However seems the lastest zanussi boards have a memory chip that stores the last few “positions” of the appliance before something went wrong. I was close with it being stuck in demo mode, as we have had 2 new machines stuck in demo mode on install. However turns out this was stuck trying to continue the process it was last in. Cleared sump obstruction but was still stuck in “last position” mode, so accessed diagnostics on it, went through full diagnostic testing which threw up no new problems, and in the process also appears to reset the memory chip. works fine now. tested on 5 different programmes.
Im not allowed to say how to access or work their diagnostics, however if you are an owner of the lastest zanussi washers (ZWF 1*0*0 models) I would advise you make sure whoever is potentially going to undertake your repair has access to the diagnostics information before booking them. It seems old-skool human diagnostics will find and allow a fault to be fixed but not to “reset” the machine.
