Zanussi ZWF14070W

Had a quick look at this machine tonight, pump running regardless of program selected. No flashing lights or fault codes showing.

I have had a quick search through some of the recent posts to see if i could find some info relating to this fault.

So looking for some help on what to check.

Only advice John is to go through the diagnostics on the PCB, I do change a lot of Zanussi PCB’s but best to check first, if you have the TDS DVD it will tell you how to do diagnostics check HTH

Thanks for the quick reply Dave, i don’t have the info to access the diagnostics as it’s not a common machine in my local area. 🙁

Would anyone be able to email me the info on how to access diagnostics.?

Worth checking that draining properly – filter/sump. Maybe disconnect p/sw hose. Have you got a Connect a/c? Info is on Mediator. PM me if no.

As my local friend Mike says the filter is possible, but I guessed you probably checked that, have you got the PNC number and I will email you the service manual

Dave, i did not take a note of the pnc number 😳 i know i should have just incase. 😆
p.s feb 2008 was date of manufacture if that helps.
Filter was clear and pump spinning o.k

Just to update for Dave & Mike, machine sorted 😀
Thanks to Dave for the info on the diagnostics, it was just a case of clearing the last error info and away she went. 😉
