    Hi

    Have got to go to this call on Monday.
    Apparently this machine just drains all the time
    As soon as you switch it on, the door locks, then the pump comes on and wont do anything else, it just pumps

    Not had this on a Zanussi washer yet. Any ideas before I go would be much appreciated

    Go into diagnostics to find the last error code recorded. (See the ‘Knwn Error Codes’ thread if you don’t know how to do that.)

    Possibles are : Element earth leak? Flood level stuck on pressure switch? Etc etc…
