Zanussi ZWF1421W will not start

Zanussi ZWF1421W

This machine is only 18 months old, selects program push start, pumps runs for a few seconds then stops all goes quiet for a minute or so then the end light come on, does not flash.
Tried diagnostics program (start button and 1 other option button) only thing that happens is all the lights to the right (the vertical ones) flash on briefly then the start button light comes on, I did once get the diagnostics program to start, all the lights along the top came on in sequence as they should, water came in for 4/5 seconds, motor turned then the end light flashed six times, no other light came on so no fault code.
I did test the heater and NTC all ok. Have inspected the module all looks ok.
Do you think this is the board?
If not what else could it be?

The difficulty here Bernie is that it could well be the board at fault? I’m still worried about the end light flashing 6 times though? That does smack of heating element/NTC probs for sure. 😕

If you are sure they are OK? (you could always plug a new one in briefly to try? 💡 ) Plus you need to check their connection to the module is OK of course before condemning it. 😯

Had a ZWF1631W yesterday with a bad connection on the circulation pump. It faulted as yours did. The point i’m trying to make is get yanking on those connections you might be suprised with the outcome. I know I was.
