Timed out either on drain or heat as a rule.

Hi.
Enter diagnostic to find last recorded fault code may give you some clues.

I’ve been out to this machine today, the pump is ok and there is no blockage. Left machine on test and went back about an hour later, machine only had 9 mins left to run. At 6 mins it pumped out water and at 5 mins it started last rinse, didn’t start spin until only 1 min was left, only did a short spin then stopped, the door didn’t unlock and the time in the window went back to the start of the program and the green start button flashed. All this took about 25-30 mins. No recorded fault code as I cleared it a few weeks ago, then it was only showing door open. Any help on this would be great.

did you do the actual diagnostic test on the motor components, or just check continuity?

Heater tests ok. Only tested the motor for earth and continuity. Have just downloaded the full service manual from connect. Will be going back to job next week to have another look. If anyone has any ideas befor i go back it would be great. Thanks

When you say you “tested motor for earth”, do you mean earth leakage? (i.e. insulation resistance.) What was result? ditto heater?

I know this thread refers to a Bosch machine but it looks interesting in this context.
