Zanussi ZWF14380G (91452267600) Reverting to 1 minute

Good afternoon,

Perhaps someone can assist with a problem on the above washing machine.

Essentially, on a wash cycle the machine draws water, and washes for a couple of minutes before aborting, and displaying 1 minute remaining.

I also noticed the temperature symbol appears very briefly in the display when the above occurs.

I’ve tested the heater, and the motor carbon brushes are fine, and suspect the electronic control module.

Wondering if anyone can confirm this, or should I be looking at other possibilities?

any fault codes stores in the diagnostics ?

Good evening Dave,

No error codes evident, and customer also states none.

Perhaps there is a diagnostic mode that I need to be interrogating?
