Zanussi ZWF16070W start button flashing red after quick cycl

Hi,
I have a Zanussi ZWF16070W come back for repair, I tested it through a few cycles. It seems to have a problem on the quick cycle, the start/pause button flashes red and the door does not open. Does anyone have anyone have any advice?

The ‘Start/Pause’ led will flash from red to green when there’s an error detected. You need to count first the number of red flashes then the number of green. (E.g 3 red flashes plus 4 green flashes = Error code 34 or E34 in the “Known Error Codes” thread.
