Zanussi ZWF16070W1

orginal fault drain hose was twisted, fitted new hose empties ok but has another fault, cycle runs then pumps out & spins,but the door won’t unlock- customer tells me the wash light & door light flashing but the end light isnt lighting, can’t release door.
can anyone advise me please.

Hi mate sounds like the door lock have had problems with some of these there was a new lock out to replace these for that fault.for the life of me cant think of the part number if i find it will post it

The door interlock = 1240349017 though I’m not aware of there being any modification to it or the part number. 😕

Error codes on these by the way are determined by the start button flashing alternately green then red (counting the green then the red flashes gives the error code – apologies if I’m teaching granny by the way!:wink:)

You are right there Mrtin that is the lock that is supposed to be on these machines but some also had 3792030169 and to look at is adifferent beast it is a long shape and white in colour and all these locks played up by not releasing the door at the end of the programe on machines with a display they just sat with 1min on the display sometimes you could trick it into opening by putting it back onto a spin cycle and mostly would open, but yes that number you put is the number i was thinking of
