Hi the above machine is just flashing the green start pause light , not trying to lock at all ,

Does anyone know how to access the error codes on this model

Thanks for the fast reply , do you have a link for the rest of that sequence as I need to send instructions to the customer as they are quite a way from me and want to do it in one visit if possible thanks again Alan

Short of emailing you the 44 page manual I can’t see any point in getting your customer to mess around with ‘diagnostics’ TBH.

PM me your email address and you can do what you like with it.
