Can you give us the PNC number off the rating plate as that may shed some light depending on what boards are in it?

There’s a display board and a main control board in that washing machine with the 2000evo software in it.

At a guess and, it is a guess, I’d be checking all the connections first then looking at the door lock which is a relatively common failure and it’s this one:

Then start going be beyond that but, from what I can see, it’s not so easy to be doing that on this machine.

just for info in case anyone else has this problem, it was the main curcuit board, cost over £100 to repair.
