Zanussi ZWF1632 Prod 91452111002 Program Locked

The Program is locked with cottons, 40deg, and spin 1600 it will not cancel, no fault code, cannot enter diagnostics if you push any button it beeps three times that’s all it will do.
I did try a new door lock but with no change
Any help suggestions much appreciated

3 beeps is a dead giveaway to there being a problem with the pressure switch sensing (anti-boil 1st level sensing). Whilst your there checking that out don’t forget to Megger the heater! 😉

I think child lock does that. Can’t remember how to release it but it’s probably in the user manual.

Check for one of the buttons being stuck in on the fascia

Thanks to all of you for you suggestions, I went this morning to have another go but no luck still all locked up they are going to get a new machine.

I think it was a 1400 ZWD I looked at a few months ago. I found the solution in the service manual IIRC. Can’t find it now but a quick Google Zanussi child lock reminds me that there may be a couple of buttons linked by a lock symbol and you just press them together and hold for 5 seconds. Had a look at manual for a similar model to yours though and found nothing there.
