hi all, set machine to any prog and display will start to count down,no water taken in, pump runs all the time 😕 any clues ❓ no fault code shown.anyone got a manual please.

The tech is all on Connect mediator. (l/h column on homepage, select appliance type and follow from there) But my bet would be that it won’t be a lot of help. I would try unplugging components in turn and see if anything changes. Have you checked that machine is fully emptied and p/sw reset? If you don’t have a Connect a/c pm me but I probably won’t be logged in till tomorrow evening.
