The best way of figuring out where the problem lies is to set it through the diagnostics process. Then go to the 10th position to find out the last 3 alarm (error) codes it has (hopefully) memorised and go from there.:wink:
Check drain pump, filter & hoses as machine will run pump until zero water level is achieved. In service mode fill with water & drain, this can reset the electronic pressure switch sensing. If there’s been too much detergent in last wash, excess foam can give false reading of water in tub. You will only know when you check fault codes.
