Hi, we have this machine that won’t start any cycle. The customer said that they had to slam the door to get it to work and then it stopped all together. They looked online and ordered an interlock but it’s still the same. I tried to get it into the diagnostic mode but the usual way (hold down the end 2 buttons and turn it on) didn’t work. Does anyone know if this machine has a different way of getting it into the diagnostic setting.
